Designed by renowned local architect Michael Maltzan, with Gensler, The Brickyard will comprise two office buildings of 100,000 and 300,000 square feet respectively, 9,000 square feet of daycare facilities, 8,000 square feet of retail space and an ample parking ratio. Expected for delivery in late 2016, the contemporary design of the buildings will feature distinctive white glazed thin brick exteriors with patterned punch windows, inspiring the property’s name.

Amenities will include superior property management and security, immediate access to the expansive Playa Vista Central Park, thousands of square feet of on-site retail options, outdoor dining and meeting areas, large rooftop terraces, a fully compliant cafeteria, convenient daycare facilities, ample parking and bike storage with changing areas and showers.

Located in West Los Angeles, Playa Vista is a flourishing new community boasting residential, commercial and retail spaces inviting new opportunities for work, life and play. Situated only one mile from the Pacific Ocean coastline, Playa Vista is nestled below the Westchester Bluffs, adjacent to the Ballona Freshwater Marsh and within close proximity to Santa Monica and Century City.
